Is the assessment really free?
Yes, the assessment is completely free. You don’t need to enter a credit card or pay for anything. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs at any point during the assessment process.
How much time will I need each week if I join?
Our students take five lessons week, plus some short homework to help them improve faster.
What if I don’t improve my English?
If you don’t improve after attending all your lessons and completing your homework, you’re covered by our Confidence Guarantee. This means we will continue teaching you in-class for free until you move up one full English level.
Do I have to join the program after the assessment?
No, you don’t have to join the program. During the assessment, we simply evaluate your English level and show you what you need to improve. If you decide the program is right for you, great - and if not, that’s totally fine. You still get your results either way.
What if I’m shy or nervous about making mistakes?
That’s absolutely normal! Our teachers are patient and friendly, and the assessment is relaxed. You don’t need perfect English - we’re just here to understand how to help you.
